I cannot say enough good things about this product. I am 55 years old and swim 2-3 miles every morning for my workouts and I have tried 30+ preworkout brands with very little luck. Most are just a rush of caffeine for 20 minutes and then fall off to nothing. Frog Fuel was designed by serious operators with the mission in mind. It's super portable with no chalky shaker bottle residue to choke down. It doesn't take an hour to hit the system. In 15 minutes, the ingredients give just enough lift to find the extra gear and push hard, but the effects last my entire hour-long workout and taper off slowly to allow my body to start to recover. It works great, energy after 15 mins. Helps with muscle fatigue and recovery. Only things I don't like are the taste is a little tangy, the niacin tingles, and in the beginning it caused some silent but deadly flatulence. Would buy again and I plan to try the recovery frog fuel

Have been using Frog Fuel for years - this version with caffeine is perfect before early morning workouts! Tastes great and is easy to use before hitting the gym at 5:00 a.m.

This is the only protein my daughter will use. There is hardly any smell to it. It tastes like berries, not bad. It is not as thick as the pre work out one they make so its easy to swallow. This protein has all the ingredients I was looking for and more. You do feel the difference through out the day if you take it rather than not so I find it effective. Value for the money is another thing. It is a bit on the pricey side but the results, taste, and ease of use make it worth it.

Truthfully don’t feel much difference between the caffeinated and uncaffeinated versions. Both are good but I’ll stick to just having coffee with this before I head out
