Vintage Treasure Map For Kids, Pirate Birthday Party Supplies (12x18 In, 12 Pack)

This product was a great deal for the cost! It looks great, double sided, and is pretty sturdy/tough paper. My son had a Pirate theme birthday, and it ended up drizzling with rain. The kids still got out there and did the treasure hunt, and the paper map did not tear from being damp and stayed in tack the whole time. I put the extra blank maps in the kids goodie take home bags so they could create their own treasure hunt. I highly recommend this product! I included an image because at first I had no clue how and what to do to get started on the map for a treasure hunt. Got some ideas off Pinterest, and thought I would share it here to help someone else who is interested in doing something creative with this map. *Tip: The maps are rolled tight when you receive them, so the map curls in one direction. To make it flat curl the whole roll (12 pages) in the opposite direction and put rubber bands on both ends over night.

I had clues typed out and I glued them on the map, which I then laminated and cut out so the kids had to put the map together like a puzzle. The paper took it well, out in the elements, and kids enjoyed looking at the map. Same map on both sides.

We used this for our daughter's 4th birthday party and all the kids loved the maps. We went on a "treasure hunt" using the map as a guide and it was fun. The map is double sided, so the print is on both sides. I like that it has the "old timey" feel of an ancient map and cute little landmarks that you can use as "clues" when you are treasure hunting. Overall a great purchase and good price point.

Every year we do a pirate theme for Halloween. I love to give out doubloons, beads and treasure maps. My only complaint is that there aren't more of them. However this is a great item that was priced right. There will be some happy pirates looking for treasure out there for a few months.

Bought these for my grandson, who is 5 and like pirates and treasure maps. He loves to take a map outside to look for treasure. An inexpensive item that is really fun. Thought having 12 maps would be good for coloring, etc. and replacing lost or ruined ones. Could use these for placemats or a goodie bag item.

Bigger then I expected, but i still liked them. No tears or rips, just perfect. Size of a matt for the tables.

Are used these treasure maps as part of a pirate themed gift giving occasion and they were perfect. The maps are very nice quality and good size. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a good pirate map :).
