Ideal gift and attractively packaged for gifting. Unfortunately, as a result of being subjected to the bumps and shakes of international posting, the packaging was showing signs of wear on arrival. However, the item was complete and able to have the contents re-arranged to their original format. Items within the packaging were undamaged.

Always love the fragrance of Sanctuary, good quality skin products. Needed a gift in a hurry, bought it as a gift for a friend. A few weeks later the Price was reduced to half price! Bad timing on my part !

Lovely little set that I ordered for a Christmas gift. I shall however be returning it as it arrived with a squashed, damaged box. I managed to straighten & close the box but with a permanent crease down the side, it’s appearance is ruined. I ordered 3 items that all came in individual cardboard envelopes on the same delivery. Had they been boxed together, I dare say it would have arrived in tact. 3* due to the condition it arrived in
