Bought this chopper after one month of working it gets stopped waste of money instead of this you can buy plugged one

I bought the smallest sized chopper and it’s quite useful for chopping green chilli , ginger and garlic , customer care and after sale warranty is good . Incase of any issue during the warranty period , u can get a replacement of the part defective after mailing them.One thing to be careful is to ensure the blade is very neatly washed , if there is any peel or vegetable piece lodged on top of the spindle connecting the blade, the lid that has the motor wont make contact and it won’t operate..overall it’s a very handy and useful gadget to have in the kitchen.

I mainly use this to make salsa style fine chopped salads, quick chopping for vegetable preparations, and chopping for garnishing and such (coriander, mint leaves etc). It's really useful for these purposes, very convenient, and easy to store. One charge also lasts quite long and I don't need to frequently recharge it.I don't have much to complain about, save for only two minor gripes. One, it comes with a micro USB charger (older than the type-C ones we use these days), not that much of a dealbreaker to me but since everything is type-C these days, I would've preferred that. Right now, it only adds one extra wire for me to keep in home. Second, the plastic does not instill confidence in me, I think we have to be somewhat careful when storing or washing it otherwise it may crack or break. While chopping though, it handles materials really well and it doesn't seem it would break.Is it better than the manual choppers that are popular and everywhere these days? I mean, yeah, it does feel like a novelty product. It is convenient and chops finer and quicker than the manual ones, but the time saved and chopping quality is only slightly better. If you don't want to spend around ~1k (what I paid at the time of purchase), you can go for the manual ones. Buy this for a bit faster and finer chopping. The seller is also nice and gave a cute, small spoon and cleaning brush as giveaway (my review is most definitely not influenced by that lol).

Grinding power and perfomance is awesome. But the top should be placed properly, should pressed hard and tight so that the machine operates. Also not sure how to claim for warranty as it the button which helps switching on needs to pressed hard and does not work well when gently handled.
