Solid Chair
The chair is a pretty comfortable gaming chair. I love that you are able to lean way back without worrying about falling. The chair might not have as much cushion compared to a high-end office chair, but it is comfortable enough for short/long gaming sessions.

Really comfortable chair but seat and arm rests deteriorate after 1.5 years
While this chair is really comfortable, it has deteriorated faster than any chair I've owned (only 1.5 years now). Changing to 3 stars as the company sent a new seat and armrests. Curious how long they will last as the material seems the same.

Perfect chair for lower back problems
I have constant back pain, and sitting down in this chair puts me at ease almost instantly! I love this chair.

Seat vinyl failed in less than 1 year
My son really liked this chair, but the vinyl on the seat started to crack and peel in less than one year.

This companies support is horrible, poor quality control
I would return the chair because the bolt won’t go in on the back as you can see. I went through the whole contact process with this company and they basically told me “sorry, not in stock and you’ll have to wait ….” Meanwhile I have a factory defect chair I cannot use and they will not provide me with the eta for a fix, and I would have to pay for shipping back. This chair is so heavy and the box is huge. Basically the issue is that the holes do not align properly so the bolt cannot go in. I have google this model and issue and it looks like multiple other people have had the same issue. So their customer support is basically telling me to wait indefinitely with a chair that I cannot use. No eta, no suggestions on a fix, nothing. I would never buy from them again and recommend you look elsewhere. The bolt issue is not user error as I am very mechanically skilled. It’s that their steel plate blocks the hole. The only way it lines up is if I have one side of the chair 1” higher than the other, but then the bottom bolt doesn’t line up. Very poor quality control and not worth the money or hassle. You have been warned.

Super comfortable chair. But it showed up with a tear.
Seems extremely nice. But it was damaged when I got it. I emailed Verta and I am hoping they send a replacement back. I really don’t want to tear the whole chair down and ship it back.
