Started using FLOW months ago and I love it. I either add just FLOW or a mix of FLOW and SENDURE-X to my water when I'm working out and usually fill a bit bottle with it to sip on all day. It tastes great and is so refreshing when you're sweating. I've tried other, similar electrolyte powders and this tastes and feels so much better and is so much more affordable than other options.

I have tried many different hydration mixes across various brands, and this remains my favorite by far. I tend to dilute hydration powders a little more than stated in the preparation directions, as I like softer flavors, but even with that, most other mixes tend to be much too sweet or salty. I usually mix one scoop of Flow with around 32 oz of water and it is perfect for me. It is not too sweet or salty, and doesn't have the heavy artificial sweetener taste that some powders do. It is also pretty low calorie, which I appreciate as someone who keeps an eye on my intake.As a climber, I especially love Flow for long climbing days when I am not able to take as much water as I should, since it keeps me more hydrated than just water alone, and I feel it! I also find it to be a great value, as one container of Flow will last me a couple months. Overall would highly recommend.

I love using Flow every time I do anything active. First of all, it tastes really good, and at this point I expect the flavor when I'm drinking water out on hikes or working out. I've been using it for a few years; it definitely makes a difference, specially during long or hot days. It mixes really easily, I just throw it in a nalgene with water and shake it up for about 5 seconds. It honestly tastes so good it makes me want to drink more water, which I need. Without a doubt I feel better working out, hiking, climbing, anything, while drinking it. I'm not kidding when I say I expect to taste this when I'm drinking during anything active, and I am disappointed if it's just water. Definitely recommend it to feel and recover better!

I have been taking this product for about three months now prior to every workout and love it. The taste is great, just like a glass of lemonade, and can easily be mixed with their pre-workout (Sendure-X). I recommend 16 oz of water if you mix with the pre-workout.

I really like this product. I don’t have any GI upset with it. I’ve mixed the flow powder in ice water and it dissolved quickly. I use it for every workout and on warm days to boost overall fluid intake. I like that it doesn’t have any artificial dye or flavor.

I tend to get dehydrated this product should keep me hydrated. This is my first time using this product.

I take the FLOW with the SENDURE X by Physivantage before my runs, HIIT workouts, and strength training days and I feel like it has made the biggest difference in my overall performance and recovery. I recover so much faster and do not have near as much soreness and muscle fatigue since using FLOW. I also love the flavor. Even on my off days, I stay hydrated and feel great when I drink this. I will continue to buy this product every time I run out.
