Works brilliantly but sadly broke quickly
I loved this item, it was brilliant for providing consistency between staff when tamping. However I’ve only had it for about 6 weeks and it has developed a crack in the wooden handle. It hasn’t been dropped or anything but I think it may have been the heatwave that has cracked the wood. It’s currently not affecting its use but I’m expecting that it won’t last for very long. If anyone from Amazon or force tamper are able to get In touch about resolving this issue I would reconsider my review as the concept it’s great but it’s poorly executed and definitely can’t meet the needs of a busy coffee shop.

Takes the thinking out of tamping....( in a good way )
Superb build quality, interchangeable base plates and the obvious bit, repeatable tamp pressure (which you can adjust). Just makes it one less thing to worry about which is always a good thing ( I think ). Expensive, but worth it.
