Great for a very very dry mouth plus benefits of xylitol (kills bacteria) natural sweetener. Use with prescription fluoride tooth paste as no decay for 20 years then got this dry mouth and eyes they think it’s autoimmune And need 3 fillings in 18 months. Ok, well it worked quickly, but I have to say it's longevity is limited, you get a burst of saliva, but after 10 minutes another application is required, I was hoping for a longer lasting solution, perhaps there's no such thing, but this can be useful if you are suddenly struck with super a dry mouth as can happen with me, keep by the bed for such occasions, mouth breathing can cause this in the night.

A few weeks ago I had spinal and brain surgery resulting in a very sore throat and dry mouth which gave me severe headaches since taking oralieve it has soothed my severe headaches.10/10 I recommend this product.

I have dry mouth at night and the spray only lasts for for up to 4 hours , so I am not to satisfied with it , but it is a good product .

I use this morning and evening, it's a refreshing peppermint flavour and does help to moisten i often have a dry mouth.
