First class customer service
My Huawei phone did not not open the app for Inabox so I emailed the company asking them if this was a known problem. They got back to me the next day and informed me that because Huawei run their own version of Android it is not compatible with the app. In the same email they offered me a full refund without a quibble. My wife’s phone works so I declined but I was very impressed that they offered a refund even although it was my fault I couldn’t use the app. 10/10
