These spoons are smaller than spoons that come with a regular silver wear set.

They were the perfect size for what i was looking for. Appreciated all the comments that the spoons were tiny. That's exactly what i wanted. Only complaint is the edges aren't smooth. Smooth enough in my mouth, but it's a different kind of scraping sound at the bottom of a yogurt cup. Jarring.

I bought this spoons to replace big old ones and to for my 8 year old to have her own "grown-ups spoon". the size is very proportional and easy to hold, for an 8 year old as well for an adult.

Picture indicated there is a line down the middle of the handle, giving the impression of a raised point like my current set of flatware. The handle is entirely flat. That combined with them being 3/4 of an inch shorter than my existing teaspoons,, they are not what I expected. The invoice refers to them as demitasse spoons. The description online says they “can be used for dessert, tea, coffee, ice cream, soup, stirring and cocktail spoon.” Oh, please! Demitasse is the only thing they are truly appropriate for use. The only reason I kept them is that I had to return the other two items in my order and I felt bad returning the entire order. Having now used one, I regret that decision.
