Boxing Fight Training Tools, Fight Ball

I have several reflex balls and this has a handful of issues compared to others. The elastic is a band, not string, which makes the ball tangled and twisted upon use. The band is tied to the ball which comes undone after heavy use. The band is thick so it’s extremely responsive, bad for beginners. The tennis ball is hard compared to softer ones on the market and you must be careful with it hitting your eyes it’s very painful. That being said, if you can master it despite these issues your skills will skyrocket compared to other reflex balls on the market. Many others will seem too easy. So five star product for developing skill.

I love the head band but the adjustable rope that connects the tennis ball tends to loosen up after a few minutes of hitting I have to re adjust to my arm length a lot during the work out. I still love working it out with it.

Buy the original Box A Ball, the LOM has an adjustable elastic cord that is doubled up with a clasp to shorten or lengthen the elastic cord.Nice idea except the two cord get twisted together and and make the ball spin around rather than come straight back. I have used the Box a Ball and that never happens

I've tried many different brands of this type of training tool and this for me is the best. It's made well and from durable, long lasting material. Not to mention that one of the greatest talents of boxing uses this doesn't hurt

I did not find this item useful. Even when wearing gloves, because of the flat cord, and other factors this ball was not good for reflex training. I find the reflex balls that suspend from ceiling to floor better suits my needs.

Easier with boxing gloves or wrapped hand. Bare knuckles can send it all over creation. Headband is a little small for me.

My husband loved this. He uses it for exercise in speed and coordination.

Good product, but they’re new version is much harder to set up and get to fit properly
