There is no support for this device. I have been trying to resolve a software upgrade issue and everywhere I go...all they want to do is sell me another one. I need software and hardware support. No US satellites programmed and instruction manual reads like it was written by a 5 year old. NO DAMN SUPPORT!!!!

Worked for a day then had to return it as ...
Worked for a day then had to return it as the power supply case fell apart in my hand. Did not have US Sats programmed had to manually program them in. Purchased the Freesat V8 Finder as a replacement as it had online support with flash updated for US Sats.
