Size women's 9 to 9w. I measured arch as suggested and bought the regular size. Perfect fit. Not too tight. Offers the support i needed to manage pain from a mild arch injury. Helps alot. Pretty comfy.

I wear a women's size 6 shoe. These were tight to me on the first wear but the next day it was much better. It does relieve my arch tendinitis pain significantly. I would recommend this product to others.

These didn’t work for my plantar fasciitis, pain level actually got worse. I will have to return. I don’t understand the reviews saying these are too small. I wear a 10 wide, in women’s steel toe shoes, for work, and I had no issues getting them on or off. In fact, I probably need more compression. Wish they would have worked….

They are a snug but perfect fit for my wide female feet. They are a little bit hard to pull on, which should be expected since we order these for support and they need to be tight. They do not constrict my feet nor cause numbness or pain. They provide the support that both the top and outer side of my foot needs. This helps stabilize so that I do not reinjure my foot on a daily basis. (Old old injury that reoccurs easily) They are not too thick , in fact a lot thinner than the small wrap I was using. I like that there are several so that I can have a clean one every day.

Use it every day. It will help the pain.

Copper Edge Arch Support for Plantar Fasciitis.. - It's too small for my very little feet. One size fit all - but not me. Your XL size also is too small for my very little feet. I've to work with a needle. I cut your item - insert the one-inch-wide tape, and I attached one foot long tape around the back of my heel, - and the size becomes now normal, though not so beautiful as the corresponding item of Puma socks brand, but at least big enough for my very small feet. Be healthy, eat well - make yourself to be not such a dystrophic skinny foot.

Their great,so happy in beige so I can wear in summer in sandals,and with summer slippers. But would like to make comment on packaging, come in a zip lock plastic bag see through,so can easily open and steal contents.

Surprisingly effective and comfortable to wear, I think I prefer them to arch supports.

I don't want to be over optimistic as I have only worn these for a day, however, this is the best relief I've had in 6 months of having plantur fascitis. Atm feeling very cross about spending hundreds of pounds on physio when these seem to have been 99% effective after one day. They offer great support are comfortable and good quality. I have wide feet but these have enough stretch to fit and not feel tight. I would definitely recommend giving them a go before trying more expensive options.

I have flat feet and need a little help. I wear them in shoes and sometimes just at home. They are a little bit tight, but they work.
