I purchased this after becoming frustrated with my standard, run-of-the-mill hole-punch which kept catching after punching the hole and was hurting my hand. This one meets all my expectations: The construction appears to be of cast metal and it is very sturdy; it is small enough to fit in my hand and is curved nicely, therefore causing me no discomfort. It cuts the hole smoothly and effortlessly without catching. I was able to cut holes in four cardstock items at a time, and possibly could have done more but did not try. I like that it has a removable cover so that you can catch the holes, but that the cover can be removed so that, if you use the puncher upside down you can see exactly where you are placing the hole. I needed to punch holes in specific spots, so I did it this way. One way to improve the product would be to make the removable cover clear plastic so that we could leave it on and still see where the hole is being punched. That way we can also catch the punches if we are using it upside down like that. Either way, it's a great product and I highly recommend it to anyone who uses a single hole punch for anything.

It is an excellent single hole punch. The hole is very sharp. It is easy to use. You can carry it too without much added weight. From what I can tell, it will last a long time. The punch works as described. A good job my MROCO. I would add a small "dot" on the front to help aline where the hole is punched. (I tell MROCO soon as I get their email.) So, if you need a one hole punch, you need not look any further.

I used this hole punch and it went through 6 laminated pages! It is small which makes it a little difficult to line up your hole. This is why I marked it down one star in ease of use. So impressed with what this punch can do! I am a teacher and will be keeping it in my teaching bag.

I was making a significant number of gift tags. Since I already have sensitivity in the base of my thumbs, I didn't want to have to use a tradition squeeze punch. This single hole punch is great for what I needed. Pros: easy to use, lightweight, punches easily. The only con I see is that it's hard to tell where the hole will be punched if you're looking at it head on, but once I figured out that the hole is basically aligned with the lock bar, it was easy from there. Happy with my purchase. Would recommend.

Bought 6 years ago to punch our cruise ship room keycards to use with lanyards without the need for a plastic sleeve. Have used many times and recommend to others. Now that most cruise ships use RFID keycards, they won’t punch them for you anymore because they don’t want to hit antenna. But using your phone flashlight, you can easily see where the antenna wire is inside the card to avoid it. With this punch, you can pop off the cover and see where the hole will be made, so if you mark the antenna, it is easy to avoid. Works perfectly for this application and the punch is small and takes little room in your bag.

I got this for personal journaling purposes, and it's pretty nice!! It can cut precisely through multiple pages of paper at once. When I first got it, I thought I had been sent a faulty puncher because I couldn't figure out how to open it, but I figured out that you just have to push the little silver cylinder in to open (and reverse to close it again)!! I like having the option to close the puncher too, it takes up less space :) You can take off the bottom part that catches the paper clippings so you can line up punched holes easily. Overall, it's handy and nice, and I expect that it'll last a while!! :)

Who knew they even made such hole punchers?! Not me! I am truly baffled as to why these are not sold in stores instead of the standard hand held hole punchers that we all grew up using. This punches through multiple sheets of paper at once with ease. No discomfort on your hand at all and it doesn’t even take strength at all to use. I absolutely LOVE this. I have showed so many people and told so many people how great this is. Very sturdy and well made. I would highly recommend to anyone that has to use a paper punch....throw the old away and order this. You will not regret it.
