Unlocked for any GSM sim., Will not work with CDMA sim such as Verizon or Sprint. Review: Better Than The KeyTwo - I think the BB One is better than the two in fact the pricing should be the other way around. I have noticed not all applications are available. Especially for select financial institutions applications. I really like the one I have except for the app selection and the bottom of the spacebar feels spongy as if it's been pushed on too hard. Conclusion, a very cool phone ahead of it's time. All in an android which physical keypads and the keep board itself scrolls the phone. Would be nice if more people had them as the BBM functions is great and extremely secure. Highly recommended as a corp of second phone. Just wish the bottom of my spacebar was 100% and it was out of the box that way, I did nothing to it and noticed it right away. Sometimes the return process is a bit difficult with these items, so I'm just living with it. Not to mention the vendor had the item to me in a couple days vs other I've had to wait weeks for. Review: Not a New Device - I wasn't going to write a review. I considered my experience a wash because at least I wasn't paying thousands of dollars for a phone, right?! But after less than 5 months of the device barely working, it is now freezing. I've had to restart it 3x in the last 15 minutes alone. And now I feel it needs to be mentioned what's going on with this seller. Immediately upon setting up my phone, I knew it was a refurbished unit. If you're a blackberry person, you know the quirks. I had troubles with the screen sensitivity, battery overheat, and no access to Wi-Fi calling when I began having hardly any connection despite having the exact same device and carrier previous to this one. I informed the seller who denied it was refurbished, but agreed to send a replacement for free. The replacement was worse! The screen was askew, the battery overheated to the point of smelling it, and the back of the unit was squishy and loose! I contacted them saying I wanted a refund. They agreed, requesting I send them both back. I work from home so I couldn't be without a phone, so I returned the replacement, at my own cost, and made plans to buy a new phone. No one else sells them, that I can find, so I decided to take the hit and make do until I was ready to leave blackberry behind. It's been hell. People have to call me on messenger or duo, my texts don't go through consistently, and now my phone is freezing. It's total bullcrap! Then I found proof. The picture in this review shows that this phone was activated and used in 2016. It's almost 6 years old! I haven't decided if I'm going to do anything (or can do anything) beyond posting this review, but I'm pretty angry and really don't want anyone getting screwed like I did. So, there you have it.

Blackberry forever!
Great phone. Kept my old Priv on life support for too long but revived it long enough for content transfer. Can't live without a proper keyboard. Please, someone revive the Blackberry smartphone & save us from virtual keyboards

Had hope, worked back in the day...but crashes are horible, heats up
Thanks amazon for not being able to no star this item. DONT BUY. This is sad. I used this phone back years ago. Dont do it. Dont buy it. It wont play games without crashing, text messages crashed mid type, and takes forever to charge. Phone literally overheats with nothing but system crap running. Wrong info. Not an octacore. Says that nowhere in the description details, doesnt run like an octacore

Great phone
My last phone was drowned on a boat trip and I needed another one. I purchased it, charged it when it arrived and all seems to be well so far. Thanks much

This phone is not supported by AT&T You will not be able to make or receive calls.
This phone is not supported by AT&T I bought it a week ago only to find out that my carrier doesn't support it. The only carriers that support the Blackberry Key2 is Version and T-Mobile
