I would give this product a zero star but, I am not allowed to. I am going to contact the company and see what they do for me. The screen worked fine for about a week and now the backlighting is going out. Leaving the phone unoperational except in direct sunlight. I have repaired iPhones several times in the past and never had a problem. The only difference is this time is I used a new company to get my screen from.If the seller is willing to refund me. Or replace the defective screen I will change my rating. I do understand that with electronic products there can be occasional defects. Even if the products are fully tested before they are shipped to the customer. This product worked great for about a week, therefore during their testing it would've worked fine.

My screen was supposed to be with me today but now I have to wait until possibly Sept. 5, 2017. This job is time sensitive and now I have one angry customer. It would have been nice had I been notified to inform me that this product was going to be delayed so that I can cancel this order and order from a company that can honor the date guaranteed.... THIS IS NOT GUARANTEED and I feel that I should at least get some type of discount on this product being that I have to compensate out of my pocket to my customer for an item that was guaranteed to be in my hands by 8 pm Sept. 02, 2017.

Just spent the last 90 minutes putting this thing together and 10 minutes later blue streaks randomly over my screens. Sigh. I'm not going to file a return because it's just far too much of a PITFA to deal with. It IS better than my shattered finger cutter of a screen that it replaced though

Screen was defective and would flicker, turn off, or just not turn on in general when buttons were pressed. It would randomly bug out and click things and move screens even if i wasn't touching it. Was also a pain to put together. Don't buy these if you're not experienced in cell repair. Seller did offer a refund and apologized for the problems.

over all the screen is working, but was expecting better quality product.

When delivered, this screen looked very good, but when I installed it is when it went wrong. I am very experienced with these kind of things, se I know how to install a phone screen right. Once completely installed, I turned on my phone to find that the DNS was COMPLETELY fried. Do not buy this product, you will be dissapointed

Came with all the tools I needed to complete the repair. Screen came well packaged and intact. Once installed, had no issues with clarity or light leaks. This quality isn't quite up to par with the OLED but still pretty clean. Would recommend to others.
