I would never use it on my car. I've used magic erasers on my car to remove black marks.

Yes. this acetone is scented. I don't know about if it has additives.

Does this work to remove acrylic nails?

I use regular nail polish so not sure if it works on gel nail polish...

Has anyone had problems with getting this delivered. it wont deliver to my area just outside st. charles, missouri

I live in Michigan and tried various addresses throughout the state and Amazon won't deliver it to any of them. Which is weird bc I've had 100% acetone delivered to me before from the brand Pronto in the 16 oz. size and according to Amazon's rules you can't ship more than 16 oz. to an address and this would fall within that guideline.
