Been looking for these for a long time
I like to put these mats on my oven racks and bake my pizza on them, no mess on the bottom of my oven.

not for over flame
These work great but you can't have flame up thru it or it burns away the coating but for cooking things with sauce on low heat it works great and nothing sticks ...chicken with BBq sauce was easy to turn and no stick but i keep a spray bottle of water handy because if flame comes up thru the mats they burn up

Perfect to minimize rack cleanup
These work so well on the grill, & in the smoker, not ever going back! Really helps w clean-up of racks! Very easy to wash & re-use too, which I wasn’t planning on doing
