Overall good product. Looks really good on the table. nice enough to take outside if you are having an outdoor picnic. In fact removing the upper knob during storage will pretty much ensure that there are no spills. This also has a coarseness adjustment screw which gives you all the flexibility you need. The Ceramic Grinders are strong and durable. The product works pretty smoothly.On the down side there should be a small printed manual on refilling instructions. the covers require a small tool/finger to pry open and refilling it can be a chore but overall its easy to use. A few pictures of the refilling lids would help for those with larger hands.

this is a nice item apart from the writing on the top showing which way to turn. the letter P was scratched off probably rubbing in the box which made it look cheap. it works ok and to improve the appearance i rubbed off the rest of the “p” leaving just the arrow and the “s” which looks better than it was but still not right. if the letters were etched in or permanently (and more subtly) marked it would have been much better. the item and the lettering were also much bigger than expected. I would have liked to be able to contact seller but being amazon purchase could only return for full refund or just accept it. as we have no drop boxes or post office near us, just kept it ☹️

After a month of use this gadget seems well made and so far reliable. It is simple easy to use, not so easy to fill but no worse than any others. Looks good and great value
