I am scheduled for surgery next month and this pillow is going to be a life saver! It is hard foam and could possibly be uncomfortable after a long period of time, but it needs to be in order to keep your butt off the seat. I can understand other complaints of it not being a one size fits all type of thing, if I had a larger body frame my thighs would probably not fit comfortably on the pillow. Overall I really like it, especially compared to the prices of other bbl pillows!

I would highly recommend getting this if you have a Brazilian Butt Lift. I can't image not having it. It is sturdy yet comfortable. I use it while at home, work, and even while sleeping. The pillow was much smaller than I expected and harder but it is exactly the right size and hardness. I'm sure it will last as long as I need to use it.

I like it im going to have My bbl soon and my bbl Pillow is going to keep me off my butt I like the Heart is not that big but can hold up to 250 pounds And can fit any Seat

Pillow is great after my BBL. I had a large butt already and after BBL my butt was much larger of course. When I first sat on the pillow, my butt hung off the pillow and slightly touched the chair I was sitting in. I simply added a small amt of foam to the bottom of the pillow for a little more height. But I love the firmness, I use it everyday, so overall I am very satisfied and think it is a great value.

This thing is super hard. It’s fine for sitting brief periods in a chair or driving, but I could not sleep with this. I had a breast augmentation and bbl done in a single visit, so I had to sleep on my back. After sleeping on it, it cut off the circulation to my legs. I tried stuffing it in a pillow wrapped in a towel and it still dug in to the back of my legs causing discomfort that would wake me. If you need this to sleep on, I would recommend searching for another bbl pillow, otherwise it’s fine for short drives and taking out for brief outings.

It worked for me after my BBL’s surgery. I’m only two weeks post Op. Was cheapest than others BBL’s pillows, fast delivery and decent quality!! And comes with a black case with a small handle, so is easy to carry on, and you can use it with or without the case (I preferred to use it with the case, so in that way is not gonna get dirty or deformed)

This thing is so very uncomfortable!!! I had to throw it away I tried with it but it's much too hard and I couldn't use it driving in my car because it sits up way too high. It was just so freaking uncomfortable :-( I wouldn't recommend this to anyone

Perfect. I had my BBL surgery and this pillow helped me to continue my daily routine like dripping the kids off at school or sitting down to eat dinner. It's sturdy enough that I bet all the weight off of my bottom to ensure the fat stuck after surgery. Very thankful for this oillow and thankful that it was affordable compared to other companies.
