Product works great and boils eggs perfectly, but the packaging was disappointing. The box was exposed without proper outer packaging and didn’t feel secure or private during delivery.

The boiling results are consistent every time, and it has made preparing eggs quick and effortless. However, I found the egg poacher feature not as good as expected. It doesn’t perform as well as the boiling function. But since I mainly bought it for boiling eggs, I am very happy with my purchase. Overall, a fantastic product for boiling eggs. Very good product. Easy to use, no hassle for over boiling the eggs. It can save your gas and electricity bill also. After boiling the eggs became very soft and it can boiling according to your choice. So love this.

Its good. Can also boil veggies in it. The poached eggs are not exactly poached eggs. you need to have less amount of water than what is mentioned in the book to have runny poached eggs. rest is good
