Surprisingly Cool!
I originally ordered this as a funky decoration for around the house and figured it would be neat to have something that also served as a bluetooth speaker. My expectations were not too high but I was pleasantly surprised when I first tried it out. I was expecting it to be a little bigger, but luckily the speaker in it is quite strong and the item felt nice and solid. I can turn my iPhone up completely and the speaker has no distortion issues that I can hear. I don't expect much bass out of portable speakers, but this one can handle it pretty well. It's loud enough to fill out my entire apartment without turning it up all the way which is nice. I'm not sure how much louder any speaker of this size would really be able to get without distortion. The lights are cool in the front and the seem to pulse to the beat of the music so hopefully they don't draw too much power. The product comes with a cord to charge the speaker but no wall plugin for the cord. I've only had it for a few days so I can't comment on the battery life yet but I will try to update my review within the next few months to say how it's holding up. Besides the fact that it's a little expensive, I'm pretty happy with my purchase!
