Brilliant. I suffer with migraines and this simple solution with cold tap water is a great help..stays cool long enough to make a difference. I’m sure it would be good for sprains and sorts as the water inflated bag moulds easily to be of benefit.

I used with hot water. It did work to relieve the pain. Did not stay warm for very long. But useful to have. Not used with ice yet

Ideal for post vasectomy recovery. Definitely helped keep swelling down, ideal size and held the ideal amount of ice. No leaks or issues, good seal and feels durable and long lasting. Definitely worth the money!

Easy to use and comfortable hot or cold good quality

I’m on my fourth day of using this and I’m really impressed - it’s been so useful after my operation. I’ve been using a mix of ice cubes and water in it, and it’s really been helping. I have to be careful how I position it as it does tend to fall off if I move - depending on which area I want it on, I sometimes keep it in place using my other foot, but it’s been great at positioning on different areas of my foot and it seems to keep cold for absolutely ages using ice cubes.
