Firstly I like the machine, I used it as soon as it arrived and it worked. I do however have some gripes, nothing major, but this is not a £25 machine it is the best part of a £100 so it should be better. As usual in broken Britain a euro kettle lead was supplied instead of a UK plug. Normally I would not mind as I have plenty lying around but the lead for this machine is quite heavy duty and I may not have one, I paid you in £s Amazon "UK", not Euros!The plastic case is way to small to house everything, by the time you have jammed everything into the case the chances are the first plastic repair you will be carrying out will be to the carry case when it splits. Finally, where are the spare screws for the diagonal cutter because you know they are going to get lost, they are tiny and they have to be unscrewed to the very last thread in order to mount the diagonal cutter and they will get dropped and disappear. Otherwise AOK. Have a nice day.

Out of the box, this made a great initial impression with a tough case, cases are a definite plus point, they just stop you losing bits or things getting battered and broken.Unpacking from the case, the unit seemed fine, there's lots of little staples, the controls were straightforward.....wait, what's this?? The power cable is a European, two pin plug??!! Ok, so the task at hand gets postponed.... annoying!!Ok, so I source the correct cable, get set up with my piece of car trim needing fixed, size up which staples are best for where.... insert them, press the button....push them against whatever you're fixing, release the button .....then hold it in place until it cools....job done!!You'll want either a fan or extractor running, it gets smokey, to the point your view of the workpiece will be obscured. There's also the smell from molten plastic that isn't great.So long as you're careful, you can get rather good results with this.The plug situation is really baffling, I considered 3 stars, rather than 4 as it's such an amateur goof, but as it's actually good at what it's for, I've opted for 4.

Wanted a little more premium product than the £30 equivalents. The power selector works on every level and gives the ability to extend the time for the heating element to reach the melting temp which flattens the learning curve a little. Comes with a selection of staples so one can figure out whats needed. All stored in a neat case so it doesn`t bother you when not needed. Very satisfied with built quality. Fixed few pieces easily therefore highly recommend.

The media could not be loaded.  I wasn’t expecting much from such a small form factored machine however, this thing has really impressed me. It has so many applicational values from repairing plastic car parts to household appliances and so much more. It’s one of those purchases that pay for itself after a couple of years. It is fast and I mean fast, this thing sinks staples in at least 3 times as fast as any of the cheaper handheld ones. It is well thought out and the controls are nice.Not only that, but this one offers multiple power settings and a max power substantially higher than most of the cheaper staplers which are limited to 20W or some at 30W. It comes with a huge assortment of staples, and the smaller wand makes it much easier to manoeuvre in tighter spaces than my other one. Build quality is top-notch, and all the components including the case are very well designed and produced.Can’t find a single issue with it so far. Sure it’s a little more expensive than other models, but you definitely get a much nicer product in this case. Highly recommended for anyone who repairs and encounters plastics in their day-to-day life.Hope this review helps.
