Does this deck sync with other fusion decks?

This does not link with other stereos.

What’s the warranty on this unit. Purchases it September 18,2018 and quit working

Mine worked fine when boat pulled in December, no doing maintenance and upgrading on boat to find my MS RA70 doesn’t want to much more than display Fusion on the screen. This is my 2nd Fusion unit but not as old as yours. If I get another I’ll get the ext warranty.

These don't work with android phones?

They do work with Android. I am in my shop right now streaming tone with an Android and Pandora.
