Good entry level or kids tracker
First thing is that the name does stand by their product. We had a minor issue since it was only the band that failed, but their response was fast and they sent a replacement band with pretty minimal "red tape".Behind that the tracker works better than the previous version, but the battery life could be a bit better. The kid seems to need to charge the device every 2-3 days. Not sure how that compares to the product specs, but it falls a bit short of expectation since it's a fairly basic device, not doing any GPS, we only sync when the time needs fixed, not doing push notifications, etc.

It is ok for kids. Good hardware, software needs to improve.
It's a great device because of its durability, battery life, and ease of use.Software and connectivity need to improve. The step tracking is not accurate. When the Battery runs out, the band completely reset, which means that you need to do all the customization from scratch and you lose your daily tracking. As I have more than 1 kid, if the cellphone is linked to one of them and I won't change to the other device, the daily statistics of the not linked device do not restart countings, so you could have 58900 steps today.

Great for a 6 year old!
My son loves this! It is a good size for a child—I’ve tried others that ended up being extremely large and bulky on a child’s wrist. This is a great size. Easy to pair, app is easy for my son to use. Charging is also easy. Would recommend!

you get what you pay for, in this case trash
I bought these for my kids thinking this would be a good alternative to all the smartwatches that required a phone connection for the kids. I was trying to delay getting my kids a phone, but still wanted them to be able to track heart rate, physical activities, chores, tell time, etc. They worked for about as long as the warranty lasted and then they stopped syncing with my phone and the app stopped working as well. They require a phone to sync everything. The app didn't help at all. The customer support didn't work at all. Deleting and reinstalling the app did nothing. Wiping all the data and starting fresh only worked for maybe 24 hours. What a joke!! And of course, it all stopped working after the return period and warranty was past. Save yourself some money and don't buy these!

Nice watch, great customer service
Nice kids fitness tracker, but after several months, the watch would no longer charge. Contacted Biggerfive customer service and was sent a replacement promptly. Great customer service!

Short battery life for limited functions
This has to be recharged so frequently that it is impractical for a child. If it lasted more than a few days, it would be perfect

Good Starter Tracker for Kids, but Comes with Its Set of Challenges
I recently purchased this kids' fitness tracker for my 9-year-old son, intrigued by its appealing price as a first-time wearable. It seemed like a smart choice for testing whether my son would enjoy wearing a fitness device. Initially, he was thrilled, especially with features like step and calorie tracking and simply being able to check the time and date on his wrist. However, our excitement was tempered by several issues that arose during use. The fitness tracker's interface with the iOS app proved to be a challenge. The watch face would often revert to a default setting every time it synced with the app, and on one particularly frustrating day, it failed to save any data at all. Consistently syncing his workout settings became a game of chance, which was frustrating.Accuracy-wise, the tracker seems to overestimate steps, but we didn't mind this much since it motivated my son to be more active. However, the limited achievements and features offered by the app were a letdown. We had hoped for more interactive and engaging elements to maintain his interest in maintaining a healthy lifestyle.Comfort was another significant concern. The strap caused a rash-like reaction and irritation, and the buckle often left marks or minor cuts on his wrist overnight. These discomforts, coupled with the ongoing syncing issues, led us to return the device. It didn't quite meet our expectations, even considering its lower price point. In summary, while this fitness tracker holds potential as a starter watch for kids and comes at an attractive price, it needs to improve its reliability and comfort. The concept is great, but the execution needs refinement. We've decided to explore other options that better suit our needs. This product could be suitable for those willing to navigate its quirks, but it was a learning experience more than a lasting fit for us.
