I used some time and always fast very good for the price the only bad thing you can’t upgrade to windows 11 but worth the money

I am so impressed. I was skeptical because of the other reviews. I knew worst case I would be out $140 so who cares. I did not buy this computer for gaming. I bought it for when I work from home. My old PC was from 2014 and it was just time. It was so slow. And WOW. I don’t think I’ve ever had a computer this fast even when brand new. I am completely impressed and I can see this lasting a long time!!! I was afraid to buy a refurbished computer but for the sake of pinching Pennie’s I just went for it. I got a new (to me) computer monitor from savers and everything works perfect. Very inpressed, highly reccomend. And I saw reviews of dirty mouse/keyboards and I can say mine were all brand new from the company. In love with this thing so far.If it breaks I will let you know. But I really don’t see it happening.

Computer will not boot, says no hard drive, youtube common solutions don't help, manufacture won't service because it is !!! 9 YEARS OLD!!! Refurbish company won't respond to calls or email.

This is a good PC. Does exactly what it should except for one thing that I criticize the seller for not mentioning. The wifi is from a small dongle as is the Bluetooth connection, so if you want to stream or use Bluetooth headphones or speakers go ahead and buy a wifi card to install when you get this PC. It will save a lot of cussing and headaches.

But, seriously, could you include an HDMI dongle with oldies but goodies like this one? Last time on a refurb Xeon [a Dell Precision T5600 Workstation 2X E5-2670 Eight Core 2.6Ghz - Yeah, that's 32 processors! - I got nothing to complain about because this is a screamer... and it also has 64GB 500GB SSD Q600 Win 10 Pre-Install (Renewed)] Paid $500.But, I must protest on the video... I got a ridiculous video configuration and had to call Dell. They did not have the part/converter - their techs had never seen this video configuration either. So I got it sorted out up here on Amazon and bought a 10 ft HDMI to DVI-D Cable - HDMI to DVI Adapter / Converter Cable - 1x DVI-D Male, 1x HDMI Male - Black. It is just so much of a bubble burster to not be able to hook any monitor in the house to my brand-new computer... Took me 5 days to get a first look at my Screaming Dell "Delight."

The media could not be loaded. I haven’t installed yet, the vinyl had a big bubble on the side when I took it out the packaging. The sides and top of pc is cheap vinyl wrap. I could have did a better job at my shop, since I wrap cars.

The picture really doesnt do it justice - it is gold all over! Inside was very clean, had it up and running with all of the updates installed in less than 2 hours. Keyboard and mouse are pretty basic items but I didn't expect very much in that respect. It works well and boots in about 10 seconds or so. I wouldn't be afraid to buy another one should the need arise. Came with the wifi & BT dongles but I don't need them for what I'm doing with it.

I've purchased refurbished computers in the past, and never had issues with any of them. This unit arrived in a state that prevented me from setting it up for my personal use. I contacted the seller, and they walked me through several different processes in an attempt to allow me to log in. After a couple of days back and forth, and needing to buy a new flash drive in order to download Windows and reinstall it on the unit, I was finally able to use the computer.After installing all of my personal files and settings, I went to use the disc drive to install software for my home business (which I'd already missed almost a week's worth of work getting the PC up and running), and found that the tray won't open. It does not respond to either the button nor the UI prompt. It doesn't even appear to be hooked up inside the tower as I hear no mechanical sound when trying to open it.I again contacted the seller, who offered to send me a replacement drive I could install myself. Problem is, I can't install it myself and I don't feel like compromising the unit futher by tearing it apart. Buying an external drive or having a replacement installed will cost me extra, on top of what I've already spent/lost with the unit malfunctioning. The seller then offered me a partial refund of $12.Needless to say, this was an insulting offer. I feel I was very reasonable and patient with the software obstacles, but I've been delivered a unit that was supposed to be guaranteed refurbished and it clearly was not sent through Quality Assurance to verify it would work for the person who purchased it.Thankfully, Amazon has rectified the issue by offering me a promotional voucher for a more reasonable amount. The seller stopped responding to my messages after I expressed my displeasure with their offer.All in all, the PC is working well--aside from the still useless disc drive--but this has been a headache since day 1 and I can't say I'd recommend this seller to anyone looking for a refurbished computer.
