Native Union cords not only have a lifetime guarantee, but they are also the most durable cords. The one I currently have is several years old and still going strong. I bought this one to keep in the kitchen, so I can leave the other one in the bedroom. I absolutely love this charge cord /cable! I regretted purchasing another brand of charge cord previously that also had a “lifetime guarantee,” but after only having it for about a year, I noticed that it would literally drain my battery right in front of my eyes within just a few minutes. I am notorious for dictating most every text, email, review, & social media post, & this drains my iPhone battery quickly, so I am frequently plugged up charging while I am dictating. One night when I was using this other brand of charge cord, I had 35% left on my battery before I plugged up to charge. But within a couple of minutes of being plugged up to charge, I noticed that my battery had dropped down to 19% while it is supposed to be charging and increasing my battery percentage! At first I thought maybe I was just overly tired and imagining things, until the same thing happened the very next morning! I literally had to quickly snatch the plug out of my phone to stop the cord from draining my battery instead of charging it! After doing a little research I found out that charge cords have a microchip in each end, and if either microchip fails, weird things can happen! Do not trust any other brand other than Native Union for your charge cord needs!

I originally bought this product on the charging cable’s website. I feel in love as soon as I used it for 2 reasons - Long-Lasting Quality & Fast Charging. This cable charges up my phone SUPER FAST, like 0 to 90 in like 30mins no joke. I use this cable on my iPad as well for gaming and it’s the best. For example, other charging cables can’t keep up with the gaming app draining my battery, so I can’t keep playing even though I’m simultaneously charging the iPad while using it. But this charger from Native Union? Not only can it keep up with the game draining my battery, it can also outperform it and charge my iPad to 100%! This charging cable from Native Union also comes with an anchor ball that weighs about 1pound. Really useful if you want to get rid of the long cable touching around your hands or feet. It’s super long, enough to use across my entire room! Highly recommend this!

Tonight as usual I plugged up my phone and got in bed to scroll the gram. I had my phone resting on my stomach with the charger bent at a 90 degree angle. I noticed, and tried to smooth it out as this is normally one of the number one things that will ruin/wear out a charger, at least in my experience. When I looked at my charger I realized I didn’t have that problem, and then wondered when was the last time I had even bought a new charger? I couldn’t remember the last time I had not used this ....In the past, I was used to buying a 3 pack of charging cords every 6-8 weeks! I logged on my Amazon and scoured my many (yikes) orders...I bought this charger MAY 6, 2019!! Today is February 18, 2020....This charger is over 9 months old and has given me ZERO problems and is STILL going. This is my main charging cord and I bring it everywhere. It’s been on trips, shoved in bags, backpacks, you name it. And used nightly. Not being paid/sponsored/etc. Normally I don’t write too many reviews, but this is probably one of the best products I’ve bought on here! Had to share. I did not love the price, but it is SO worth it!!

I picked one of these up maybe 4 years ago from target.. used it everyday and only this past week is starting getting wonky. I think that’s pretty good, so I’d recommend. The ball is nice as well, even tho it comes off as gimmicky, I use it all the time. If you make sure you don’t pinch the connector, this charger will last a long time.. and it’s easy to do, just pull more cord, push the ball down and good to go!

Great heavy duty cable. After a year it became faulty. I’m guessing from a manufacturing defect because the cord or plug wasn’t frayed or bent. Contacted Native Union support and they resolved the issue immediately and are sending a replacement. Great value for money plus customer service to back it up. Highly recommend!

Don’t get me wrong, I love this brand and have been using them for YEARS. The last cost I purchased did fail within the first 7days. Let the lightning side drop to the floor and broke on impact. Amazon warranty did send me a new one. Although the new one does not look to be an actual native union product. It’s missing the serial numbers from the batch and date it was made. Not sure I’m gonna plug this into my phone.

When I had a problem with my iPhone, one of the tech support people recommended this because I needed a longer cord and Apple didn’t have one. I must say when I first got it I was put off because of the heavy ball of cord at the top which attaches to your phone. But I have gotten used to it and it is lightning fast and very reliable and I’m glad I won’t have to replace cords because of broken wires. The price is very high I hope that it justifies it by the being able to use it for years rather than months. It works on my iPhone Pro 11 and also on a friends iPhone 6. One of the reasons that they recommended it to us is because of the problems I was having they felt was due to the cord which was similar without the ball from an Amazon Vendor. Something about them not being really compatible. I don’t know but I’m happy with mine

This company is losing credibility fast. It has lost all my respect and loyalty. For the past year, I have stayed loyal to Native Union and have ordered multiple units of this 10ft charging cable. I have noticed a consistent pattern - they work perfectly fine for 2-3 months, only to break after the 3rd or so month. I expect to receive some bogus, copy and pasted customer support comment on this review claiming they have "strict quality control." But it's obvious they are not putting these products under the quality control they claim to be. There are so many other people complaining of the SAME EXACT problem with the end of the charger falling off after simply taking the charger out of the phone, and nothing has been done about it in months. Word of advice Native Union, save the reputation of your company by recalling this defective batch of units. And go to your manufacturer (I'm guessing they started going for a cheaper Chinese supplier) to explain how crappy these products have become, and DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT. Quit commenting on everyone's bad reviews that there "is always a possibility for a product to malfunction due to various reasons." It's so frustrating especially when you pay so much for a charger. For the buyers looking to buy this product, AVOID this company for a few months until they get their act together. You might as well buy a charger from the apple store, at least it will be of good quality.

Dieser kleine Bommel am ende des Kabels ist nicht nur sehr schön sondern auch noch sehr praktisch. Einerseits kann ich die Kabel so viel leichter auseinander halten, andererseits rutscht das Kabel so nicht mehr hinter die Tischkante bzw. vom Tisch runter. Das Kabel ist super hochwertig und wird sicherlich einige Zeit lang halten! Kabel lädt ohne Unterbrechung!

For an iPhone cable, the price may seem a little steep. And yes, you could pick up a cheaper cable. But my word, this is the best charging cord I’ve had! The length guarantees full bedroom (any room) use on charge, and the added weight ball is a great way to keep what length you need on-hand, while excess can lay out of sight, out of mind!

Faulty product. From the first use the cable didn’t work properly. It kept losing connection with my I-phone. Other cables between the same socket and phone have no problems. They send me a replacement in reaction to this review but that soon stopped working as well.
