I bought this for my dog when I take him on walks. He tends to pull out of his collar, if he really wants something. ( I don't like making the collar so tight🤷‍♀️) But this was the cheapest and most used leash I have bought. It's so easy for my kids 11, 9 and 5 to put it around his neck. They have trouble with the clipping features. It's very sturdy. It takes a lot of pulling and works great! My dog likes to chew, and he got ahold of this and chewed an added safety feature on it. But that's it, it's just an extra protection. It still works amazing! My dog is 9 months old and we got his as a rescue as a 6.5 month old pup. We have 4 leashes for him and this one is my favorite!! I know he won't run off to chase squirrels. When we get back to our yard, it's a quick take off too. He likes to go play in the backyard after a walk, so it's nice to just take it off And off he goes!

Works well for a quick to use leash. Sturdy.

We have 2 full grown Gordon Setters, and 1 Gordon puppy 🐶 that is 1 year old. The puppy tends to dominate the other two. I bought this leash as his indoor leash, as he tends to take behavioral commands as mere suggestions. He takes toys and or treats away from the other dogs, and this is his "time out" leash. It slips on and off easily, and hopefully he will eventually learn from his "time outs".I am not saying you can't use this as a normal leash, but I walk three dogs at a time, and have a totally different system to accomplish that.This leash is a choke leash, and helps your dog to learn not to pull.It is a quality product.

This slip lead is not too fat but not too thin either. It is a good size for a woman or a person with smaller hands in particular because it isn’t so bulky. I would use this with a big dog but my dogs are well trained and don’t pull. I use slips to put them on a dog quickly. I like to keep them in my car for my dog or if I found a loose dog I could use it in an emergency.This size is good for a small to medium dog easy and if the dog isn’t going to drag you I would use it on a large dog. If the dog drags you and is large to extra large you would want to get a thicker lead. I was pleased with it.

No issues, love the blue color. Works with keeping my puppy at hand for when she tries to get into things. She is readily accessible and can't run far. Price is right for a sturdy leash.

This leash seems to be well made but the width is very thin despite getting the largest size. Its just ok on my 25 pound doodle but there is no way that it would stand up to the strength of a bigger dog.

Our dog trainer recommended that we get these to keep our dog from pulling during walks. It works great and does not inflict any pain on him at all.. just serves as a reminder that he’s on a leash and not in control

It is NOT a Slip Leash so forget about buying this, if you're going to pick up your newly adopted dog.

I rescued a chihuahua terrier cross three years ago. No matter what kind of harness I put on him or collar he would always pull and he wanted to stop every 4 ft. I was watching Cesar millan's new program call better human better dog and he said that these types of leashes tells the a dog that you are the alpha dog and he is part of your pack so where you lead he will follow. So I bought this and started to use it on Paco and the change was almost immediate. I have several different walkers for him during the course of a week and every single one of them we're amazed at the fact that he would follow them. He would just need a gentle tug if he pulled away. He doesn't stop every 4 feet and when he does need to be doing his business he pulls strongly on it and looks at you for permission. The rest of the time you don't even need to tell him that it's time for a walk he just walks beside you and it's a wonderful walk. Every time in my neighbourhood dog park I look at people with their dogs lunging away from them on walks and if they look sympathetic I make it a point to stop and tell them to try this kind of a leash. Paco is much happier and so am I.

My little Jack Russel Terrier has been pulling on his lead and jumping at other dogs since we got him more than 9 years ago. Now he walks pretty calmly beside me although still occasionally needs reminding how to behave.
