Bought for a knee that is causing me some discomfort - Item is well packaged - Instructions are adequate - The material is very soft to touch and feels nice, even without heating on - The temperature is variable, and has plenty of heat settings - Only takes two minutes to warm up - Timer, which turns it off, great if you accidentally fall asleep. again variable settings like the heat - Can be used on many body parts, arm, leg, back etc, just be aware for smaller body parts (like knee) the velcro does not work as it wraps around too many times, works ok around torso for example. Not really a problem as the velcro can be unzipped and removed but if you do this you will need to use something else to keep it tight to the skin, I use a scarf! Does it work with the pain? Yes and No, it does relieve my pain when it is on and maybe for 1 or 2 hours afterwards, so if you are looking for pain respite then this is definitely for you. For me this is well worth the purchase as any respite from the pain is very welcome indeed.

Absolutely love this. I've got 2 of these now, one for at home and one for at work. The zips meaning that it can be used as a heat pad rather than just a wrap, is brilliant for when I am in pain at night but don't want to be restricted in my sleep. But also the fact it can be worn as a belted heat wrap when not lay flat, is a great feature. I love than it has a self shut off system in half hour increments up to 2 hours, and that there are several different heat settings. Amazing product, I even persuaded family members to buy it as well!

I have suffered with sciatica and lower back pain on and off for decades. My latest episode had lasted for three weeks, with no sign of improvement. After using this heat pad for only two days, I woke up this morning, pain-free. Quality seems good, very soft cover with easily adjustable heat settings. It is a little larger than I expected, but that is my fault, and is not a real problem. Does what I need and is well priced.

I bought this on the say so off a friend at work who's uses it. I have bursitis and use the mat on my hips. The heat is really good. I would recommend if you have any aches and pains. Rather than using a hot water bottle.

Great product, poorly made, let down by using cheap zips, my zip broke after 2 uses. Returned for refund, if it never had zips, this would have been a great product for lower back pain
