My pump failures to work.

Follow the steps and make sure the pump is installed correctly 1.Install pump vertical. Make sure all connections are tight and no leakage; 2.Make sure the inlet pipe is shorter than 23ft 3.Fulfill the pump head with water before turning on power.

The motor runs but pumps no water.

Press the red button(on the controller) and hold for seconds(30s+) to restart the pump, try several time until it pumps water.

Check whether the plug is off; Disassemble the black controller panel to check whether the wiring is off.

Can I install the pump by myself? Do I need a professional to maintain or repair it?

All necessary accessories are ready. The basic model has only one remoable handle (in the accessory bag), the mechanical switch and pressure gauge of the A model, and the automatic electronic switch of the B model are also easy to install and remove.
