Can this bag be cleaned in anyway?

It is vegan leather so it can be spot cleaned with damp cloth. If you get ink on the bag you would need to reach out to the manufacturer for the best result.

for anyone who's carried this bag for awhile, i'm wondering if the handle becomes stretched out or mishapened?

Hi! I’ve carried this bag daily since around Feb.27th of this year and the handle has not stretched out. Might I add I carry a lot in my bag, so it’s heavy.

It does not have a snap to close. This bag is a tote style. I love mine!

can this be machine washed?

It don’t say anywhere that it is washable. It is a really pretty bag but the handle is to short to go on my shoulder.
