Samsung EVO Plus 64GB, SDXC, UHS-I, U1, Upto 130MB/s, FHD, Card for DSLR and mirrorless Cameras (MB-SC64K)

I was looking for a 128 GB SDXC UHS-1 card as a backup for video recordings, so ordered this one for two reasons. First Samsung brand and second it was priced much lower than SanDisk Extreme Pro. All my other cards are SanDisk Pro and they never failed. This time I decided to check this pro card from Samsung as they made some best SSDs. I rarely write reviews but I found it as good as SanDisk or slightly better. Packaging is good but it doesn't come with plastic carry case. It is made in Philippines. I am not a technical expert but perform some basic tests with window 10 pro and Transcend USB 3.0 Card reader (Model TS RDF 8K2). As like other128 GB cards, Its usable free space is 119 GB only. I get writing speed of 73 MB/s while transferring a file of 7 GB from PC with Samsung SSD 860 Evo to this Pro Plus card . For reference transferring the same file to SanDisk Extreme Pro 170 Mbps 64 GB version, speed was 74 MB/s speed. So both performed almost same. Testing with Crystal Disk I manage to get read 93.1 Mb/s and write 84.26 mb/s speeds. For reference read/write speed of my SanDisk extreme pro with crystal disk is slightly lower than Samsung. I bought this card as a backup for video recording with Lumix S1 that records up to 6K 200 Mbps. (File size approx 1.4 GB/miniute). This card successfully record 6K 200 Mbps and C4K 200 Mbps with S1. So I hope it will serve my purpose and this short review help others. Note: Pics of crystal Disk with Drive letter G: 119GiB are from Samsung pro plus 128 GB card and those with Drive letter G: 59Gib are of SanDisk Extreme Pro SDXC UHS-1

Write speed of this sdxc card is similar to amazon basic sdxc card but still Samsung is trustworthy so i am not worried about it getting corrupted all of a sudden like happened with my sandisk card during a wedding shoot

As we all know that samsung is one of the best company that manufactures storage devices... I purchased this SD card in a super profitable deal... the card cost me 619 INR for 64 GB option... and the card is super fast ... currently I'm using it on my canon 200 D mark 2 and i didn't face any problem

If you are buying this for an old camera e.g., 5-6 years old camera then don't buy it! I have Nikon Coolpix L21 and it says that "This Card Cannot Be Used"

In this price 2000 i got 160 mbps read and 120 Mbps write speed.. scandisk offer 200 Mbps read but it only give when scandisk reader is used else it will give 120 Mbps ... i have both cards .. this card is value for money just go for it ..
