I’ve been using this cooling pad for a while now, and it works exactly as intended. My laptop stays cool even during heavy use. It stays quiet. I noticed a lot of negative reviews from people who seem to misunderstand the design. The fans are not supposed to blow air directly into your laptop’s vents. If they did, they would just blast dust into your internal cooling system and clog it up. Instead, the fans cool the metal plate, which then acts as a heat sink to pull heat away from your laptop. Ordered this to use for my work laptop while working remote, mostly to keep it off of the table to help the built in fans of the laptop do the work. At 13 bucks it matched some of the cheapest laptop stands out there, so it was a win win even if the fans didn't work. Out of the box it's not rocket science. Comes with a male to male USB cord with no adapter which plugs into either of the two USB ports on the laptop stand. That then goes to either a port on your laptop itself, or if you purchase a adapter to plug into a surge protector. Pros: Cheap, and genuinely as advertised. Puts out just enough air to help the built in fans of your laptop, and is decently adjustable for the price. Don't expect to find anything cheaper that isn't a scam. Cons: The blue lighting of the device is adjustable (but barely) with the rolling slider changing the brightness by a tiny bit. However the light doesn't turn off. Not to big of a deal, just not advertised as far as I can tell. And adding in a small and cheap push on/off switch would solve that issue. TLDR. Good for the price. Nothing amazing, but surprisingly not terrible.

I grabbed this cooling fan because my older gaming laptop was basically cooking itself (and my lap) every time I played, and I really didn't want to spend a ton of cash. And you know what? It absolutely works! The fans move a solid amount of air, and my laptop's temps are way better now. I'm actually able to run my games for a few hours without it throttling or feeling like a stovetop. For the low price, the performance you get is genuinely great. It gets the job done, period. The major caveat, and the reason it only gets four stars, is the build quality. The plastic casing is super flimsy. When it's just sitting on my desk, it's fine. But the second I try to pick up the laptop and the cooling fan at the same time, the middle of the casing bows inward. It flexes so much that the plastic scrapes right against the moving fans underneath. It's an awful sound and obviously not good for the product. So, now I've had to make it a habit to lift the laptop off first, and then move the pad separately. It's a minor annoyance, but definitely a design flaw they need to fix. Bottom line: If you need a cheap, effective cooler that stays put on a desk, buy it. If you plan on moving your laptop/fan setup around a lot, just be prepared to lift carefully!

Used this for 3 years now, it's running just fine and is still as durable as it was on Day 1. Fan is sufficiently powerful to cool down my gaming laptop. The adjustable inclines are a nice flexibility to have, when your wrists get tired in one position

El producto se siente de buena calidad. Incluye su cable USB macho- macho para alimentar el ventilador desde cualquier puerto USB de tu laptop, y este lo conectas a cualquiera de los dos puertos traseros disponibles. El puerto restante lo puedes emplear para conectar por ejemplo un receptor de mouse inalámbrico, que va a funcionar sin problema. Por ello, con un solo puerto de tu laptop podrás tanto alimentar este ventilador y algún otro dispositivo. La velocidad del ventilador es regulable con una perilla en la parte trasera (junto a los puertos USB mencionados), y aún al estar al mínimo se siente que el aire proporcionado es suficiente para las tareas diarias que hagas (dependerá de tu modelo de laptop también, claro está). Personalmente no uso ni encuentro beneficio en la luz LED azul incorporada, pero dependerá también de cada quien y como la vaya a emplear. Por último, el soporte para teléfono es muy útil, y lo es aún más ya que se puede cambiar de lado si es que te llegará a estorbar. Lo único malo es que si tu teléfono tiene una funda algo gruesa o de uso rudo, lo más probable es que se la tengas que quitar si quieres usar este soporte. Puedo decir que vale lo que pagas por ella.
