Q: Is this a women's fit or unisex (the size chart says women) and is it true to size?

It is in women’s sizes, mine was a little tight in the chest so I cut out the top collar and now it is one of my most favorite shirts. It is true to the size chart. Hope that helps

Q: Are the stickers vinyl? If i stick them to my car will be destroyed by the weather?

Stickers would get ruined by the sun before ruined by the weather. Adhesive could get stuck on your car paint, safer for the window.

I think I ended up going with a large. It fits really well. I’m 6’, and have no problems with it. Best rule of thumb when ordering online though is, go one size up from what you are.
