Me decidí a comprar la plantilla y funciona excelente, al principio resulta algo molesta pero te acostumbras rápidamente y el dolor desaparece después de un par de días de usarla diario. La medida es un poco reducida si calzas del 8 en adelante.

This is the perfect insole for high arches! I have struggled to find insoles that are actually for high arches and not just flat feet and I have found them! These fit and hug my arch so nicely I was honestly so happy when I saw that because I have ordered others and they were too low on the arch. It took like 2-3 trips outside to get used to but once you get used to them OMG they are soooo comfy and you barely notice you have them on and my arch has never felt more supported. I love that the heel is not hard like custom orthotics leaving your heels dry and aching. I definitely recommend for anyone with high arches looking for support! They fit into my most narrow shoes although it widens them a little (can barely tell) and no squeaks/noise when walking! You can cut them to the length/width you want to fit your shoe so overall perfect!

I tried other insoles and I love these! I have been wearing them for only a few days and I can feel a big difference! I have had intense pain in my heels and arch from plantar fasciitis for the past few months. Lately it has gotten so bad that I was limping almost all the time and my feet would be in so much pain after doing regular things like grocery shopping. The worst was after a 4 or 5 hour shift at work where I am on my feet the entire time. I bought a women’s small size 6-8. I wear size 7.5 shoes and didn’t need to trim them down. They fit great! The top of the insole is black so no one can tell you have anything special inside your shoe. They feel sturdy. I feel the support in my arch immediately. My feet still get tired but the pain is less. I’m sure once my plantar fasciitis heals completely, my feet won’t hurt anymore. Thank you for a great product! I’m going to get a couple more to put in other shoes (so I don’t have to keep switching them).

These are very good, my feet are still adjusting after almost 40 years of weak arches I am not surprised! Within days the shooting pain I got up my inner ankles completely disappeared and my posture os better. I have already passed on the link to a friend who is also reaping the benefits! Need cutting down to size like any other insoles which is fine and means you can make sure they really fit your shoes. I will definately be buying more soon so I can leave a pair on my walkong boots, trainers etc!. Really happy!
