Almost perfect
Exactly what I expected. Great quality and very nice. The only hiccup is that for 18x24" art that's in a protective cover - such as a Krystal Seal bag, there's a bit of a tight fit and maybe a bit of a pinch - particularly in the 18" direction. If it was 1/4" deeper (to accommodate 18.5"-wide art+bag it'd be ideal.

Feels sturdy, not flimsy
The cardboard is fairly thick and dense. It seems like it will be strong and last long. With a heavier, smaller box on top of it, it barely makes the lid sag.

Not a Good Purchase
It was probably a fluke but the product arrived with a hole punched in the top about the size of a quarter. How did no one see that when packing it? What happened to quality control? I returned it for a refund. This was a bad purchase.
