I don’t think this one is. But I bought one about 6 mos ago and it is performing beautifully. Very shiny. In fact I’ve owned both Rhodium plated and non plated and as long as you get good sterling silver I prefer non plated silver I find it performs better than the plated does over time. Everyone refers to the shine. Is there a rhodium dip on the outside this ?

I’m not sure. But the one I bought has been great! It is very shiny finish and has not yet needed to be cleaned. The necklace quality is very good! Hope this helps you out. 😀👍
