The product is already melted when we unboxed and it's not colourful as it was protraid. So.. Don't buy this product.

I'm so disappointed with the lip balm's packaging. It wasn't what I expected based on the advertised images. The presentation felt lacking and cheap, diminishing the overall product experience. I hope the company reconsiders its packaging choices in the future; it really impacts the first impression. Further, I've noticed something odd about my recent orders. For the past couple of months, the packaging has been different. It seems less sturdy and more prone to damage. This lip balm, however, is a pleasant surprise. I often find lip balms sticky, but this one isn't at all. It glides on smoothly and feels very comfortable. My lips feel moisturized without that heavy, waxy feeling. I would definitely recommend it.

U won't like it if u want your lip balm to look natural because after application it looks like u have applied lipstick. Not that hydrating
