Great for Pregnancy
My pregnant daughter loves this .....bounces all day haha it helps take the pressure of her back.Also great for excercise when i get a chance to get on it haha

Good size
Brought this when I was pregnant to use as a seat while working and also for excersice and it is fantastic (and can handle additional weight). Very comfortable. Slight smell originally, but once you blow it up and leave for a day or two it fades. I'm 5ft and it was the perfect size for me Comes with multiple plugs incase one is lost and a pump.

Don't follow size chart
Ball is great, but don't follow the chart of size, go for a bigger size than the chart recommends, I follow it and is way too small, too low on the floor for a pregnant person. Hopefully I'll be able to change it.
