Nutze den Handschuh zum Gemüse raspeln auf der Mandoline. Bei Gemüse, bei welchem man den Halter der Mandoline nicht nutzen kann, kommt der Handschuh zum Einsatz. So kann ich bis zum kleinsten Rest hobeln oder raspeln ohne die Finger zu gefährden. Natürlich leidet der Handschuh auch bei Kontakt mit der Klinge. Aber das ist ja selbstverständlich.
