Great for frying!!
Good product. The oil is great and ordoless as well as flavorless. My only hope is the cheap feeling plastic, it warps easily. Otherwise a wonderful product.

Ciuti Excellent Quality
This oil is excellent quality and just what is needed for healthy eating. Recent findings assure that avocado oil along with coconut and organic olive oil are the best ones. Avocado oil is for high temperature frying while olive oil is for the lower temperatures. Nevertheless, Ciuti avocado oil brand is also great all around especially for salads.

Smoke point too low to be real avacado oil.
Smoke point should be 520F but the oil smokes at 445F. Just look at the smoke showing the laser beam in my thermometer
