Put enough powder and creamer and youll get it right (I use a little milk and cheat)
A little expensive (price to weight ratio this is a mix not pure matcha) but if you PUT ENOUGH (3 to 4 tables spoons) into a drink youll get the desired consistency! The way I make the bubble tea (using a Hamilton Beach single serve blender I just bought on Amazon I might add) is as follows4 Ice cubes (throw those in first)3,4 or 5 TABLE spoons of green tea powder1 - 1/2 Table spoons of non dairy creamer (powder)1 Tea spoon of sugarHalf cup of Milk1/3 Cup of Water(Blend Blend Blend)Pour in cup......Put in tapioca pearls (that youve previously boiled until BLACK in some honey/sugar then RINSE in cold water in a colander)All in all I got about 10 to 15 drinks (more or less) from this package.NOTE: Product is double bagged the powder is NOT loose inside the bag of the pictured bag there is a clear bag sealed within it which the powder is contained in.NOTE: You can find cheaper online (4 pound bags for under $15 and a case of 5, 4lb bags for under $60 thats 20lbs of this stuff for $60 though a different brand which I havent tried ..YET)I am happy with this product it just isnt as concentrated (im thinking there isnt enough matcha in it because its expensive)so you have to use A LOT OF POWDER for a drink, but its much less expensive (and not too time consuming if you do without the tapioca) than $5 a drink at your local shop.

Quick and Tasty!
Really yummy! A lot of the other reviews make it sound difficult to prepare, but itβs easy and takes less than five minutes. The cup in the picture is a 20oz cup.I do about 15oz milk and 5oz water. Pop it in the microwave for about 1-2 minutes (powder will dissolve best in warm/hot temp)After that, I put it in the blender and spoon in the matcha milk tea mix, mixing and tasting as I go to get the taste I want. More powder you add, more flavor you get in your drink and the sweeter it is. Its good hot or cold, and it taste good on its own or with boba.If you know you like matcha flavor, this is a good choice and much cheaper than going to a boba shop and paying $6 per drink.

Hot water is what makes it work
The package is in Chinese so it may be difficult for people to read. You use a bit of hot water (dont use hot milk) to ensure it isnt chalky or chunky. Then add hot or cold milk after. I microwave a bit of water in a mug and then use a milk frother to blend and just add almond milk. It is pretty sweet, as one would expect from a milk tea mix, but the flavor stays strong even after you dilute with milk so you can decrease sweetness without losing too much of that matcha taste.

Decent matcha latte mix
The matcha flavor is a bit light compared to the sweetness. I usually put 1.5tbs with 1/2tsp of pure matcha to make an 8oz(?) drink. I start off with the latte powder and matcha in a cup and add in 1/4 cup of hot water to dissolve the powder. Once that becomes thoroughly mixed, I fill my cup with ice and fill it up with milk. I think the extra matcha powder can be omitted but this def tastes better with some kind of milk with it.

Basically Green Colored Sugar
I thought this product would have a more authentic taste but while it has a mild taste of matcha, its really more just sugar and a bit of green food coloring. If you are trying to recreate bubble tea at home, this will do the trick but I don't recommend having it daily as it has nearly 18g of sugar in just one serving (1 tbsp)!
