Q: What usb would I need to get to be able to connect it to my phone?

Not that kind of Device need to have an already printed image and it’s basically copy’s from the printed image to thermal paper.

Q: Can I use this transfer paper on wood?

You need to use transfer oil as a medium to transfer the printed pattern on the transfer paper to a soft and smooth place in order to transfer the pattern down better. Q: How can i fix this? will not print after doing a reset suggested in the q&a section

If you happen to have the receipt you may want to return it or refund. If I’m being honest it’s good for line transfers but that’s about it, nothing to complex as an image.
