It will work but it has a dent that is circled with sharpie…
I am using this to make skin care products so it’s not a huge deal but the item I received came out of the box with a small dent in the side that was circled in sharpie marker. Maybe someone else returned it. I’m going to keep it because it’s just a dent and not a hole and I don’t want to wait for a replacement to arrive. I really like the silicone holder and the spatula that came with it.

Awesome Double boiler Insert
I absolutely LOVE this double boiler insert for candle making. It is easy to pour accurately with and very easy to clean. It has held up well for many many uses. I am going to buy a bigger one as well. Love it!
