Used these on my bursitis, on my knee replacement scar and on my forehead when hot! Excellent for all uses. I keep them in the fridge for extra cooling.

These cooling fever patches worked really well for my child during a recent fever. The only small downside is that the scent is a little strong at first, but it fades after a while. We use these all the time for headaches, fevers, etc. The scent is a little strong but necessary to the cooling effect; I’m really sensitive to artificial fragrances, and this one doesn’t bother me. They stick well and work for hours. You can even take a break and use the same patch again a few hours later.

My son loves these when he has a fever. Helps to cool him down, but isn’t as cold as an ice pack.

When my kids were younger, I bought this product to keep for bumps and bruises when out and about. The patches do the job of cooling an area as needed and the cooling lasts quite a long time. I knocked off 1 star for two reasons. The patches are larger than I’d prefer and when I pull them off of skin, some chunks of the blue gel remains behind. I would still purchase them again but the gel residue is annoying so I tend to use them sparingly,

I use these every night. Great for headaches and hot flashes . They smell like mint and if your body is too hot, they will fall off. I use an eye mask to hold it in place at night.
