This shoe support is amazing. It works great for plantar fasciitis and also for tibial tendonitis which I was first diagnosed with over a year ago and bought some inserts from a foot doctor for over $60. They did help some but I suffered with the tendonitis for over a year before I was diagnosed with plantar fasciitis. I then found these inserts on Amazon for an amazing price and the reviews were good so I figured I would give them a try. They are actually better than the ones I got from the foot doctor!! I would highly recommend these to anyone suffering from foot pain of any kind. And they are true to size and fit in the shoe perfectly. I will be ordering more for my other shoes.

They are super comfortable! I would like to get some for all of my shoes! They feel great so soft I could be on my feet all day and my feet not hurt. This product was made great it’s perfect fit and definitely worth the price as well. I definitely suggest others to buy it. Definitely won’t be regretted

These add comfort and replaced some thin worn-out original insoles on my shoes. They are supportive and don't flatten too much, giving decent support. However, when I wear these, I find it easier to roll my foot to the side, with the potential to turn my ankle. If I'm doing something where I know I'll be lifting or needing some stability, I won't use these. However, for walking, they worked well. I broke them in during a week at the Orlando theme parks and my feet were not sore at all. These are great for walking straight but don't try to use them for more athletic activities. I'll keep using these, but I'm not sure if I would buy them again, as the heel area is raised a little too much for my comfort.

Bought these insoles for additional arch support to prevent plantar fasciitis. These insoles have a higher arch support which helps with my pain relief during running. The arch support is made of a high quality reinforced plastic. There is cushioning in the heel and ball of the foot which help provide additional cushioning during running as well. I like the curvature around the heel which helps provide stability and help my feet feel secure during running. These insoles were just bit longer than expected, but it is easy to trim the toe area to the desired length. The instructions recommend pulling out your current insoles and aligning them to the new insoles which makes it easy to get the exact trim to fit your current shoe. Overall, the quality of this product is very good in comparison to similar products at similar prices.

These insoles actually do what they say the do . Take away plantar facitis. I was skeptical at first because of the super low price. But after wearing the for about 2 weeks I can honestly say that they are taking away the pain. My left foot feels about 60 % better already and my right foot is about 40 % better. These numbers might not sound that great but for me they are awesome. Just with this little improvement I already feel like a new man. I can actually stay up on my feet for 6 to 8 hours without having debilitating pain afterwards. I have spent over a thousand dollars on inserts from every store and podiatrist in my state. But I think that this cheap pair right here is the winner, and you will be happy to know that if you buy them now the are under $20. I would recommend a couple of pair to start with. You won't be disappointed.

As a runner and fitness enthusiast, I have tried a lot of different arch supports for my athletic shoes. I tend to go for some of the bigger brands, the ones that are tried and true. Occasionally I’ll try a cheaper model to see if it works for me. Although I’m sometimes pleasantly surprised, the results are usually hit or miss. This model of arch support is one which I would call “only ok” or middling. It’s clearly better than the ones that come with the shoes. It provides support and a surprising amount of additional cushion which is good for shock absorption. However, this model of insole is not without its issues. Here are some of them: 1. The arches on these are really high. For those of us (me) with lower or medium arches, it’s just too much support and places my feet in an uncomfortable position in the shoes. 2. The arch support area is made of plastic which is designed in such a way that it creates a “creaky floorboard” sensation beneath my feet. They squeak loudly as I move, and don’t feel like they are sitting right in the shoe. 3. These are very high volume with all the foam over the more rigid part of the insole, which makes shoes really tight. I have found that some of the better (read: more expensive) inserts do not have these problems. You can find an arch height that better fits your foot, and an overall more precise fit for your shoes. You just will have to pay for those features. In sum, I do actually recommend this product for a person with high arches who is on a budget and wears footwear roomy enough to accommodate these insoles. But if you have real foot issues and need a good arch support, I very much recommend looking at a variety of options to choose what’s best for your unique feet.

First, kindly note that your results may be different than mine. Suffering from a recent bout of Plantar F., I had to do something more than merely taping my foot as I walk at least two miles each work day in hard dress shoes. Desperate, I went to the nearby drugstore and bought the Dr. X variety for $30. Yes, it was a bad decision as drugstores are essentially overpriced convenience stores, but I needed immediate relief. Relief lasted maybe one day (helping bring pain level down from a 9 to a 7. The next day, & for 24 hours thereafter I suffered incredible continued pain. (Mind you I'm just 10 lbs overweight). I found this product only & read all the reviews. Mind you, the 5-star rating I gave doesn't just meet my expectations but exceeded them. For me, a 5-star rating means I'd certainly buy the product again if needed, either for myself or family. This said, as soon as I post this review I'm going to order another pair. I won't discard the Dr. X variety as it helped in a pinch, & it's quite possible that for these particular dress shoes they're not as favorable. However, I would be surprised if these didn't suit all your needs. Oh, two more thoughts. The construction is better than purported and you have the ability to trim the toe areas if too long. These rule. They give excellent arch support for my flat feet, and since they’re squishy they don’t hurt. I can walk forever in these! I just wish the heel part wasnt quite as thick and padded. Either way, can’t beat the price and I wore these all around Europe.

Dr recommended orthotics, thought i’d give these a try before my appt. Walk approx 8-10 k a day and these work perfectly. Cancelled Dr appt. They are comfortable, easy to size to your shoes, great price. Plantar pain is gone. Bought a pair for all my shoes, including my golf shoes.
