Quality is good but the strip is little bit irritating on fore head While punching the ball feels uncomfortable for the people who are wearing spectacles Upgrade the product with head cap for the people who are wearing spectacles For biginers( male ) please use lower abdominal guard because it may it your balls unexpectedly when you punch the ball slowly

Ok so wait here Iam gonna clear if u have to buy this or not. This ball is perfect for beginners but not for intermediate players as when I bought the ball,Iwas a beginner but after only3-4 days I bacame pro but then after almost 20 days of use I saw that this ball couldn’t handle hard punches as you can se the condition of the string after 15 - 20 of use and then today it broke fully All then I say that it is a good ball for beginners but it can’t handle hard punches I had a good experience but you know the truth is that this ball can’t last longer than minimum 1 month and maximum 3 months😊

Really good for reflex training and it is a good past time however for the string it should be attached with a hook as tying the string takes longer time than clipping it straight onto a hook
