The bracelet looked good, but unfortunately, it only lasted 2 months for me. First - it was hard to keep it tight and it needed to be adjusted several times a day. Second, the thread completely broke and all I have now is a bunch of hematite beads sitting on a dresser. The cord that keeps it together has to be improved to something a lot more durable. EDIT as of 9/16/24. This seller is legit. Based on my initial review they contacted me and offered me a full refund. Since I loved the bracelet while I had it, I asked for a replacement instead. Sure enough, I received it today and it's just as beautiful as the first one. I know I haven't had it long enough, but because of the fantastic customer service, I am revising my review and giving it 5 stars. Hope it lasts this time.

Product was exactly as I wanted and expected! The first one I received, I wore it daily and after approximately two weeks it started to unravel. I immediately put in for a return to exchange it, these things happen no need to get all fluffed up about it, anyway they exchanged it promptly. I actually received the replacement the same day I sent my other one back! I would buy from here again great customer service! No issues with my new one, it’s still all together!

For a good cause I am a veteran and support veterans. Haven’t experienced health benefits from wearing it (still have sore shoulder and knee) Nice looking bracelet and good quality.

My son in law and grandson both wear these, and introduced them to me at Christmas because they support 2 of my favorite causes : Vets who need help and dogs who help them . The fact that the bracelet is really nice looking is secondary - but it definitely is, and is a constant reminder to me to be thankful for those who put their lives on the line for us. Don't know if it helps aches and pains yet, but its sure helps my overall outlook and and reminds me of those I am thankful for. Try it ! One good thought goes a long way towards many more and overall GOOD!

I was excited to purchase this bracket as it was for a hood cause. But this bracket only lasted 4 months before it started falling apart. Contacted the company and they won’t replace and Amazon won’t allow returns. So if you want to buy this and have it last 16 weeks this is the purchase for you. I would recommend buying this and move on to a different product. Probably company too.

First off I love everything about this bracelet except for the adjustable lock. Looking at the reviews from a year ago they were having the same problem.. Mine lasted a week before the cord started to unravel. I like everyone else won't send it back because Hero is helping vets with service dogs. I've bought 4 bracelets In the last few weeks because it's a cause near and dear in my household, and the bracelets look great when worn and people ask about them and I take great pride in telling them about Hero and and your mission to replace a bullet with a puppy.. I hope you can come up with a solution.

Great bracelet! But like others I have had a problem with the string becoming loose quickly. First one I purchased lasted a year. I chalked it up to my error because I wore it doing everything (swimming, sports, etc). Purchased a replacement (Sept. 2024) and it only lasted 6 months (broke March 18, 2025). I made sure to take it off during activities.
