is the game in japanese but translated to be read in english??

The audio/character voices are in Japanese but everything from the menus and subtitles are in English.

I pre-ordered the game, how do I get my pre-order bonus?

I got my pre-order bonus by talking to Bandai Namco customer service (after being recommended by Amazon customer service) and providing proof of pre-order by providing screenshots of the Amazon purchase and of my spam and trash folders in my emails to show that the code is not there either. After a few days I got an email from customer service with the code.

are the game compatible with Nintendo lite?

Any game that’s for Nintendo Switch works on the Lite. There’s no difference besides the size of the screen.
